Relief

A great break from stress comes from good old fashioned exercise. Just after 3 hours, having a kick with friends is enough to dissolve pain away and leave you feeling better for a while. You can play music, you can sing and that helps, but being active just lets you loosen up and feel good. It's also good for you. I'm sure science will say that exercise makes you release some sort of hormones and some shit but who cares, you just feel so much better after putting physical effort into something exciting. I think sweat must clean your face too. My theory is that the pimples are getting washed out from the inside. I'm probably wrong.
