Day 20 - What is your best way of calming down?
My best way to calm down is to first take deep breaths, wait till the situation is over and then seclude myself. Just forming my own little peaceful haven whether it'd be lying back, listening to music or hey - writing. If all of that can't calm me, I go for a walk, to a special place, a narrow grass alley in the midst of layers of suburbs that bridges two paths together. There's just one bench there. It's elevated so you can see all the lower areas of the town and there I can just relax, cry, yell, whatever. Preferably not yell. I like my to keep calm or to not disturb the neighbourhood.
